There are many ways to support the Hampden Family Center:

1. Make a Donation
   Your financial gift enables the Hampden Family Center to provide assistance to community residents. A full 98% of our funding is raised from individual donors, businesses and foundations. Only 2% comes from program fees; no one is turned away based on inability to pay. With your support, we can continue to provide programs and services that benefit the entire community for years to come.

2. Shop Online at iGive.com. Shop at hundreds of online stores and up to 26% of each purchase you make will go to the Hampden Family Center. It´s all free & private. To participate, simply sign in here, which automatically assigns your donations to the Family Center.
   
   
   
3. Attend a Special Event
   Every year, the Center holds a number of special events and "friend" raisers.
   • October: A Taste of Hampden. A fun evening with music and food & wine from many local Hampden eateries.
   • February: Bull Roast
   • Spring: The Flamingo Ball
     
     
     
4. Volunteer
   HFC is always in need of:
   —Volunteers to work with youth in the afterschool programs or in the tutoring program.
   —Volunteers to help with special events, computer learning, and enrichment classes for youth and seniors.

   The Hampden Family Center is lucky to have a number of student volunteers from area colleges. These volunteers are doing service-learning hours, getting paid by their college as work-study students, or are studying the Family Center for a specific class.

   All donations to the Hampden Family Center are tax-deductible. Items may be dropped off at 1104 W. 36th Street, Monday through Thursday (9am-6pm) and Friday (9am-1pm) or by special arrangement.
